摘 要:永磁直线同步电机各项性能指标均与电感参数密切相关,获得更为精确的电感参数对电机性能分析尤为重要。为定位更加准确,提高控制精度,解决在大电流高饱和情况下交叉耦合对永磁直线同步电机电磁推力影响较大的问题,在传统永磁直线同步电机数学模型的基础上,采用考虑交叉耦合的数学模型计算电感参数,并以12极54槽有限元模型为例进行仿真,分析励磁电流增大对最大推力的影响,得到交叉磁阻推力的存在改变了总的磁阻推力进而影响了电磁推力的增长幅度的结论,为后续电机优化设计提供了研究方向。The performance indicators of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors(PMLSM)are closely related to inductance parameters,and it is particularly important to obtain more accurate inductance parameters for motor performance analysis.In order to obtain more accurate positioning,improve the control accuracy,and solve the problem that the cross-coupling has a great influence on the electromagnetic thrust of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor under the condition of high current and high saturation,based on the traditional PMLSM.A mathematical model considering the cross-coupling was used to calculate the inductance parameters.And experiments were carried out on a 12-pole 54-slot prototype to analyze the influence of the increase of the excitation current on the maximum thrust.The conclusions show that the presence of cross reluctance thrust changes the total reluctance thrust and thus affects the growth amplitude of electromagnetic thrust,which may provide new thoughts for the subsequent motor optimization design.
