摘  要:舰艇在航率低的根本原因是厂修严重拖期,开展舰船维修结构调整优化,对于充分发挥装备保障力服务战斗力、有效激发装备维修保障潜能具有重要意义。首先,对舰船维修结构的内涵进行解析,分析舰船维修结构的组成要素,提出了符合目前装备现状和维修需求的改进建议;然后,按照“主要装备-各装备系统-全舰”的方式逐层优化维修结构,开展单舰全寿期动态维修结构的建模、优化和调整;最后,以某型舰船为例,对比验证了动态维修结构优化对提升舰船在航率的实际效果。研究结果表明:优化的维修结构能够显著提高维修费效比和舰船在航率,更加符合科学用装需求,更好地保障了舰船兵力运用。The fundamental reason for the low rate of warships on board is the serious delay of factory repair.It is of great significance to carry out the adjustment and optimization of warship maintenance structure for giving full play to the equipment support ability,serving the combat effectiveness and effectively stimulating the potential of equipment maintenance support.Firstly,the connotation of warship maintenance structure was analyzed,the components of warship maintenance structure were analyzed,and the improvement suggestions that meet the current equipment status and maintenance requirements were proposed.Then,the maintenance structure was optimized layer by layer according to the"main equipment-equipment systems-the whole warship"mode,and the modeling,optimization and adjustment of the dynamic maintenance structure of a single warship was carried out throughout its life cycle.Finally,taking a certain type of warship as an example,the actual effect of maintenance structure optimization on improving the warship on the voyage rate was verified by comparison.The results show that the optimized maintenance structure can significantly improve the maintenance cost efficiency ratio and the warship navigation rate,and thus ensure scientific deployment of equipment and warship forces.
