摘 要:临时建筑具有灵活构建、运输方便、搭建工期短等特点,但临时建筑简易的围护结构构造导致建筑本身的热工性能较差。基于DeST能耗模拟软件,以冬奥会延庆赛区应用的三类主要临时建筑为研究对象,利用2021年延庆地区实际气象参数,详细分析了临时建筑全年负荷特点及能耗影响因素。结果显示,在三个基准算例A1、B1和C1中,集装箱房单位面积全年能耗最高,为80.0kWh/m^(2),其次是打包箱房,为72.3kWh/m^(2),最小的是篷房,为62.1kWh/m^(2)。经计算,三类临时建筑在冬奥延庆赛区全年总能耗可达到3.5×10^(7)kWh,总碳排放量可达到2.1×10^(4)t CO_(2),总能耗与总碳排放量较大。此外,当围护结构保温性能提升30%时,与正常保温性能相比,总能耗与总碳排放量均可降低19.0%,因此通过对临时建筑能耗影响因素进行节能设计,也可达到良好的节能效果。Temporary buildings have the characteristics of flexible construction,convenient transportation and short construction period,but their simple structure can lead to poor thermal performance.We analyzed the energy demand characteristics and influencing factors of energy consumption of three types of temporary buildings used in the Yanqing venue using the DeST energy consumption simulation software.The results show that in the three benchmark examples A1,B1,and C1,the annual energy consumption per unit area of container rooms is the highest,at 80.0kWh/m^(2),followed by bundled box rooms,at 72.3kWh/m^(2),and the smallest is tent rooms,at 62.1kWh/m^(2).According to calculations,the three types of temporary buildings in the Yanqing venue has a large energy consumption and carbon emissions,which can reach 3.5×10^(7)kWh,with a total carbon emission of 2.1×10^(4)tCO_(2).In addition,compared to the normal thermal insulation performance,when the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure is improved by 30%,the energy consumption and carbon emissions is reduced by 19.0%.Therefore,through energy-saving design of the factors affecting the energy consumption of temporary buildings,good energy-saving effects can also be achieved.
