摘 要:在已有研究基础上,通过有限元法对一种新型装配式钢骨混凝土柱(PSRC柱)进行非线性分析,研究了剪跨比、轴压比等对钢材、连接螺栓及混凝土的应力的影响规律。结果表明:节点模块的应力较为集中且具有良好受力性能,可以将柱端荷载有效传递至基础。λ、n及钢管厚度的增大可使节点模块内部和钢骨的应力集中区域和大小逐渐增大。剪跨比小于2时,连接螺栓应力最大。混凝土最大应力区位于节点模块附近,受压侧混凝土应力呈“火焰”放射状分布。剪跨比对受压侧混凝土应力影响最大。Based on existing research,this article uses finite element method to conduct nonlinear analysis of a new type of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete column(PSRC column).The influence of shear span ratio(λ),axial compression ratio(n),etc.on the stress of steel,connecting bolts and concrete is studied.The results indicate that the stress of the joint module is relatively concentrated and has good mechanical performance,which can effectively transfer the column load to the foundation.The increase inλ,n,and steel tube thickness can gradually increase the stress concentration area and size inside the joint module and steel skeleton.When theλis less than 2,the stress of the connecting bolt is the maximum.The maximum stress zone of concrete is located near the joint module,and the compressive side concrete stress is distributed in a‘flame’radial pattern.Theλhas the greatest impact on the stress of the concrete on the compression side.
