摘　　要：针对当前城市雨水管渠系统建设和改造中存在的系统性不强、针对性不足、科学性不够等问题,为进一步采用统筹的方式、系统的方法建设城市雨水管网系统,结合平原河网地区实际情况,创新性提出了以“雨水排放单元”为单位开展系统化建设和改造的模式,并研究了雨水排放单元划定技术模式,以期为同类城市开展城市雨水管渠建设和改造工作提供借鉴。In response to the problems of weak systematicity,insufficient pertinence,and insufficient scientificity in the current construction and renovation of urban rainwater pipeline systems,an innovative model of systematic construction and renovation based on"rainwater discharge units"has been proposed,and a technical model for delineating rainwater discharge units has been studied in combination with the actual situation of plain river network areas,so as to further adopt a coordinated and systematic approach to construct urban rainwater pipe network systems,which could provide reference for similar cities to carry out urban rainwater pipeline construction and renovation work.
