摘 要:本研究过程利用能耗分析软件对夏热冬暖地区的既有居住建筑开展用电量模拟,掌握了高层住宅楼能耗偏高的具体原因,夏季空调制冷和冬季空调制热形成了两个能耗高峰期。为了达到绿色低碳的运行目标,采用被动式节能技术,对住宅建筑的外墙、屋顶、窗户进行改造,具体方法为使用新型隔热保温材料、设置外窗遮阳板、运用低辐射玻璃、优化玻璃夹层隔热介质等,同时引入变频电气控制技术和冷光源,形成了有效的节能改造路径。In the research process,energy consumption analysis software was used to simulate the electricity consumption of existing residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas.The specific reasons for the high energy consumption of high-rise residential buildings were identified,and two peak periods of energy consumption were formed for summer air conditioning refrigeration and winter air conditioning heating.In order to achieve the goal of green and low-carbon operation,passive energy saving technology is used to transform the exterior walls,roofs and windows of residential buildings.The specific methods are to use new thermal insulation materials,set up external window Sun visor,use Low emissivity,optimize glass sandwich insulation media,etc.At the same time,frequency conversion electrical control technology and cold light sources are introduced,forming an effective energy saving transformation path.
