摘　　要：[研究目的]战役层级情报支援体系是美军特种作战情报支援体系的关键组成部分,新世纪美军依托各级司令部配置情报力量,依托不同特战指挥链设置情报流转路径,在战役层级构建了成熟完善的情报支援体系,保障了其情报支援工作的有序高效实施。了解其战役层级情报支援体系是了解美军特种作战情报支援的关键。[研究方法]以美军现有特战条令与情报条令为基础,结合其特种作战实战情况,通过图示梳理其特种作战指挥链与相应情报力量配置、流转路径。[研究结论]研究总结得出美军在战役层级分别依托战区作战司令部、特战司令部、联合特点司令部形成了三种指挥架构,由此形成了三种情报支援模式,使情报支援工作能适应不同强度与规模的特种作战。战役层级情报支援体系也由此体现出独特价值:纵向上是特战部队与情报界的连接,横向上是分散多元情报支援力量的聚合器,时间上也是特种作战平战转换的枢纽。[Research purpose]The theater level intelligence support system is a key component of the U.S.military's special operations intelligence support system.In the new century,the U.S.military has built a complete intelligence support system at the theater level,by relying on headquarters at all levels to deploy intelligence forces and by relying on different special operations command chains to set up intelligence flow paths,ensuring the orderly and efficient implementation of its intelligence support work.Understanding its theater level intelligence support system is the key to understanding the U.S.military special operations intelligence support.[Research method]Based on the existing special operations doctrine and intelligence doctrine of the U.S.military,combined with the actual combat situation of its special operations,the command chain of its special operations and the allocation and flow path of the corresponding intelligence forces are combed through diagrams.[Research conclusion]It can be concluded that at the theater level,the U.S.military has formed three command structures relying on GCC,USSOCOM and JSOC respectively,thus forming three intelligence support modes,which enable the intelligence support work to adapt to special operations of different intensity and scale.The theater level intelligence support system also reflects its unique value:vertically,it is the connection between special operations forces and the intelligence community;horizontally,it is the aggregator of multiple intelligence support forces;and in time,it is also the hub of the transition between peacetime and wartime in special operations.
