摘　　要：城市排水设施智慧化管理是解决城市内涝和水环境安全问题的重要途径。基于广东省城市排水系统的实际情况,对排水设施数据进行标准化定义,建立八大类型标准化排水设施数据库。运用计算机、物联网、互联网、GIS、大数据等技术,设计了一套基于GIS的城市排水设施智慧化管理系统,总体架构包括基础层、数据层、支撑层和应用层。应用层用于支持不同权限用户的业务应用,主要包括综合展示、统计分析、GIS一张图、在线监测、综合管理五大功能模块,可实现排水设施可视化监管、资产电子化管理、水环境监测、内涝预警等功能,为有效提升城市排水综合管理效率和水平提供了技术支撑。同时,结合惠州市某街道的实际示范应用实例,证实该系统在排水管网的信息化管理以及城市内涝预警、应急管理等方面起到了积极的作用。The intelligent management of urban drainage facilities is an important way to solve the problem of urban waterlogging and water environment security.Based on the actual situation of urban drainage system in Guangdong Province,the drainage facilities data was standardized defined to establish eight types of standardized drainage facilities database.Based on geographic information system(GIS),an intelligent management system of urban drainage facilities was designed by computer,IoT,Internet,GIS,big data and other technologies.The overall architecture of the system included basic layer,data layer,support layer and application layer.The application layer was used for supporting the business applications of users with different permissions,which mainly included five functional modules of comprehensive display,statistical analysis,a GIS image,online monitoring and comprehensive management.The functions of visual supervision of drainage facilities,electronic asset management,water environment monitoring and waterlogging early warning were realizedand technical support was provided for effectively improving the comprehensive management efficiency and level of urban drainage.Combining with the actual demonstration application example of a street in Huizhou,the system had positive effects in the information management of drainage pipe network,urban waterlogging early warning and emergency management.
