摘 要:为了研究不同形态玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的路用性能,制备了絮状木质素纤维、絮状玄武岩纤维、短切玄武岩纤维和复掺絮状纤维4种纤维增强SMA沥青混合料;通过高温车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验对比分析了4种纤维SMA沥青混合料的路用性能;采用单轴压缩动态模量试验对比分析了不同试验温度和加载频率下4种纤维SMA沥青混合料的动态模量。试验结果表明:玄武岩纤维SMA沥青混合料路用性能优于木质素纤维SMA沥青混合料,絮状玄武岩纤维对SMA沥青混合料高温稳定性改善效果较好,但不及复掺纤维SMA沥青混合料的高温稳定性;短切玄武岩纤维SMA沥青混合料在低温方面表现较好,复掺纤维SMA沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能最好;SMA沥青混合料的水稳定性基本不受纤维种类和纤维形态的影响;不同纤维SMA沥青混合料动态模量主曲线的高频段、低频段结果分别与低温小梁弯曲试验结果、高温车辙试验结果一致,复掺纤维SMA沥青混合料具有较好的高、低温性能。In order to study the road performance of different forms of basalt fiber asphalt mixtures,four types of fiber reinforced stone matrix asphalt(SMA)asphalt mixtures of flocculent lignin fiber,flocculent basalt fiber,short cut basalt fiber,and composite addition of flocculent fiber were prepared,whose road performance were compared and analyzed by high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature small beam bending test,and freeze-thaw splitting test;And their dynamic modulus under different test temperatures and loading frequencies were compared and analyzed by uniaxial compression dynamic modulus tests.The experimental results show that the road performance of basalt fiber SMA asphalt mixture is superior to that of lignin fiber SMA asphalt mixture.The flocculent basalt fiber has good improvement effects on the high-temperature stability of SMA asphalt mixture,but it is not as good as the hightemperature stability of composite fiber SMA asphalt mixture;Short cut basalt fiber SMA asphalt mixture performs well at low temperature,while composite fiber SMA asphalt mixture has the best low-temperature crack resistance performance;The water stability of SMA asphalt mixture is basically not affected by the type and morphology of fibers;The high-frequency and low-frequency results of the dynamic modulus main curve of different fiber SMA asphalt mixtures are consistent with the results of low-temperature small beam bending test and high-temperature rut-ting test respectively.The composite fiber SMA asphalt mixture has good high and low temperature performance.
