摘 要:介绍了新唐山站高架候车楼首层楼盖采用的有粘结预应力混凝土框架梁和无粘结预应力混凝土次梁的设计过程,重点论述了预应力筋和非预应力筋合理数量的估算过程,分别对不考虑框架柱等侧向约束的影响和考虑框架柱等侧向约束的影响2种方案进行了对比,又按不考虑施工影响和考虑施工影响分别进行了计算。计算结果表明,对于框架结构柱子侧向刚度较大时,应考虑柱子等侧向约束引起的次轴力对承载力和抗裂计算的影响,并且也应考虑张拉施工过程对次轴力的影响。相关结论为类似预应力混凝土梁设计研究提供了参考。This paper introduces the design process of prestressed concrete frame beams with bonded prestressing tendons and prestressed concrete secondary beams with unboned prestressing tendons used in the first storey floor slabs of the elevated waiting building of New Tangshan Railway Station.The estimating process of the reasonable quantity of prestressing tendons and steel bar is mainly discussed.Two schemes of without considering and considering the influence of lateral restraint of frame columns are respectively are compared.Two situations of consider and without considering the influence of construction of post-poured joint are also calculated respectively.The calculation results show that when the lateral stiffness of columns is larger,the influence of secondary axial force caused by lateral restraint of columns on bearing capacity and crack resistance calculation should be considered,and the influence of tensioning construction process on secondary axial force should also be considered.The conclusions can provide reference for the design and research of similar prestressed concrete beams.
