后新冠疫情时代国际旅行者疫苗免疫策略浅析

摘　　要：随着世卫组织宣布新冠疫情不再构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,全球进入后新冠疫情时代,跨境旅行人员逐渐增多。但与此同时全球传染病疫情形势依然严峻,国际旅行者面临很多健康挑战,需要通过旅行前科学的疫苗免疫获得保护。本文结合国内外相关文献,从国际旅行疫苗免疫的原则、疫苗种类、安全性和禁忌等方面进行综述,浅析后新冠疫情时代国际旅行者常见的疫苗免疫策略。With the announcement by WHO that the COVID-19 epidemic no longer constitutes a“public health emergency of international concern”,the world has entered the post COVID-19 era,and cross-border travel has gradually increased.However,at the same time,the global epidemic situation of infectious diseases remains severe,and international travelers face many health challenges,requiring protection through scientific vaccination before travel.This article reviews the principles,types,safety and contraindication of vaccine immunization,and analyzes common vaccine immunization strategies for international travelers in the post COVID-19 era.
