摘　　要：在高职院校社区管理与服务专业人才培养中存在本专业学生专业认同感较低、专业实践能力不足、就业对口率偏低等问题。“服务—学习”教学模式改革有效地实现了价值引领与能力培养有机结合,通过整合联动多方资源、提升教学团队素质、构建学习支持网络等促进专业成长与人才输出。There are some problems in the training of community management and service majors in higher vocational institutes,such as weak professional identity,lack of professional ability in practice and choosing a job that doesn't match their major at cllege.The reform of the"service-learning"teaching model effectively combines value guidance with ability cultivation,and promotes professional growth and talent output by integrating and linking multiple resources,improving the quality of teaching teams,and building learning support networks.
