假捻倍捻专用涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的性能研究及应用

摘　　要：结合涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)假捻倍捻加工的工艺特点、难点,研制了专用涤纶FDY纺丝油剂TFDY-200,考核了其乳化性、热挥发性、平滑性、抗静电性等性能指标,并进行涤纶FDY的可纺性验证,同时考核了应用TFDY-200型油剂纺制的FDY在假捻倍捻工艺上的使用性能。经试验证明:假捻倍捻专用涤纶FDY纺丝油剂TFDY-200的测试指标优异,在纤维的可纺性考核中纺丝状况良好,纺制的FDY外检及物性指标均能达到AA标准,且应用该油剂纺制的FDY在假捻倍捻应用中,加工性能好,并且有效延长了热管清洗周期,降低了纤维断头率,提高了生产效率。A special full-drawn yarn(FDY)spinning finish TFDY-200 was developed according to the process characteristics and difficulties of FDY false double twist processing of polyester filament.Its emulsification,thermal volatility,smoothness,antistatic and other performance indicators were examined.The spinnability of polyester FDY was verified.At the same time,the performance of FDY spun with TFDY-200 finish in false double twist processing was also examined.The experiment shows that the test index of the special polyester FDY spinning finish TFDY-200 for false double twist is excellent,and the spinning condition is good in the spinnability test of the fiber.The external inspection and physical property index of the spun FDY fiber can meet the AA standard.In the application of false double twist,the FDY fiber spun with this finish has good processing performance,and effectively prolongs the heat pipe cleaning cycle,reduces the fiber breakage rate,improves the production efficiency.
