自拟方剂熏洗联合替硝唑用于滴虫性阴道炎治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨替硝唑联合自拟方剂熏洗在滴虫性阴道炎患者治疗中的效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年1月就诊的滴虫性阴道炎患者80例,依据双色球法随机分为单药组和联合组。单药组只用替硝唑治疗,联合组在单药组基础上联合自拟中药方剂熏洗。评价两组治疗效果;比较两组用药前后中医症候评分、阴道pH值;观察有无不良反应,并统计6个月内复发率。结果:联合组治疗效果优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组白带异常、外阴瘙痒、外阴灼痛、尿频尿急等中医症候评分及阴道pH值降低,且联合组低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药后恶心、眩晕、头痛、皮疹等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组6个月内复发率低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与替硝唑单一治疗方法相比,自拟方剂熏洗联合替硝唑的临床效果更佳,可以改善患者阴道pH值,下调炎性细胞因子表达,降低复发风险。Objective:To explore the effect of tinidazole combined with self-formulated fumigation and washing in the clinical treatment of patients with acute vaginitis.Methods:From September 2021 to January 2023,80 patients with acute vaginitis in the department of gynecology of hospital were treated as clinical objects.According to the dichromatic method,they were randomly divided into single drug group(n=40)and combination group(n=40),in which the single drug group was treated with tinidazole only,while the combination group was treated with tinidazole and fumigated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine.Evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups,compare the scores of traditional chinese medicine symptoms,vaginal pH,before and after the treatment,observe whether there are adverse reactions,and count the recurrence rate within 6 months.Results:The therapeutic effect of the combination group was higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,such as abnormal leucorrhea,pruritus,burning pain of vulva,frequency of urination and urgency of urination,and vaginal pH in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the single-drug group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea,dizziness,headache and rash between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate within 6 months in the combination group was lower than that in the single-drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single treatment of tinidazole,the clinical effect of self-formulated fumigation and washing combined with tinidazole is better,which can improve the vaginal pH value,reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines,and reduce the risk of recurrence.
