摘　　要：目的:考察静脉滴注药品滴注速度管理模式的重要性,以推动静脉滴注的合理用药。方法:建立药品滴注速度信息数据库,完善静脉用药审核管理系统,加强各环节人员对药品滴注速度的管理,分析滴注速度管理对药物不良反应和合理用药的影响。结果:静脉用药滴注速度管理可以提高工作效率,有效避免不良反应的发生,确保安全用药。结论:众多药物均应严格控制滴注速度,需要建立药品滴注速度管理模式,推动合理用药,为患者的用药安全提供保障。Objective:To investigate the importance of managing the infusion rate of intravenous infusion drugs to promote rational medication for intravenous infusion.Methods:The database of drug infusion rate information was established,the management system of intravenous drug use audit was improved,the management of drug infusion rate was strengthened,analyze the influence of infusion rate management on adverse drug reactions and rational drug use.Results:The management of intravenous infusion rate can improve work efficiency,effectively avoid adverse reactions and ensure safe drug use.Conclusion:The infusion rate of many drugs should be strictly controlled.It is necessary to establish drug infusion rate management,promote rational drug use,and ensure the safety of drug use for patients.
