摘　　要：Web3.0概念的重新定义带来了图书馆领域由2.0向3.0的升级。二十年前,当图书馆2.0伴随Web2.0诞生,引发了一轮新的“公共图书馆运动”,及时应对了网络和移动时代对图书馆行业的挑战,并通过对图书馆服务理念的新诠释,带来了图书馆2.0的研究热潮,推动了数字图书馆建设方向的变革。当前,随着人工智能引领的新一轮信息革命浪潮席卷而来,Web3.0与元宇宙一体两面、深度融合,引发图书馆行业向智慧图书馆进发,图书馆3.0转型升级正当其时。本文介绍Web3.0的理念与特征,在回顾“图书馆2.0”的基础上,提出“图书馆3.0”的概念。图书馆3.0是Web3.0技术在图书馆的全面应用,也是图书馆2.0的精神延续与升级发展。图书馆3.0的目标是元宇宙中以人为中心的智慧图书馆。图书馆3.0的特征表现为空间虚拟化、数据资产化、组织协作化、服务智慧化;基础技术包括联盟链、NFT、数字身份、DAO及去中心化存储等。未来图书馆3.0的发展道路会面临技术、概念、人才、用户教育等方面的挑战,图书馆应以开放的态度积极实践,推进升级。The redefinition of the concept of Web3.0 brings about the upgrade of the library field from 2.0 to 3.0.Twenty years ago,when Library 2.0 emerged with Web2.0,it triggered a new“public library movement”,which timely responded to the challenges of the network and mobile era to the library industry,and brought about a research boom of Library 2.0 by reinterpreting the library service concept,and promoted the transformation of the digital library construction direction.At present,with the new wave of information revolution led by artificial intelligence sweeping across,Web3.0 and metaverse are two sides of the same coin and deeply integrated,leading the library industry to move towards smart libraries,and the transformation and upgrade of Library 3.0 is just in time.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of Web3.0,and proposes the concept of Library 3.0 based on the review of Library 2.0.The paper points out that Library 3.0 is the application of Web3.0 technology in libraries,as well as the spiritual continuation and upgrade development of Library 2.0.The goal of Library 3.0 is a humancentered smart library in the metaverse.The characteristics of Library 3.0 are spatial virtualization,data assetization,organizational collaboration,and service intelligence;the underlying technologies include consortium blockchain,NFT,digital identity,DAO and decentralized storage,etc.The future development path of Library 3.0 will face challenges in terms of technology,concept,talent,user education,etc.,and libraries should actively practice with an open attitude and promote upgrading.
