摘　　要：去中心化自治组织(DAO)是一种基于区块链上的智能合约进行治理的新型组织形式,通过发放通证实现权益界定,并以智能合约方式进行治理,从某种程度上替代传统公司或其它组织机构按照法律、制度、章程、规则等方式来管理和协调。相较于传统的中心化组织形式,DAO有鲜明的特点:更加透明、民主、扁平化,成本更低,扩展性更好,特别适合较为松散的跨地区跨领域的主题社区。图书馆作为公益型制度设计应该吸引更多社会力量共同建设,依托下一代Web3.0网络和前沿信息技术能够加速转型,以DAO模式构建去中心化的新型图书馆行业社区,并通过行业社区促进读者与图书馆和出版机构的联系和互动,探索构建新型行业生态的可能性。Decentralized Autonomous Organization(DAO)is a new organizational form of governance based on smart contracts on the blockchain,which realizes the definition of rights and interests by issuing tokens,and governs in the form of smart contracts,replacing traditional companies or other organizations to some extent in accordance with laws,systems,articles of association,rules and other ways to manage and coordinate.Compared with the traditional centralized organizational form,DAO has distinctive characteristics,such as more transparent,democratic,flat,lower cost,better scalability,especially suitable for looser cross-regional and cross-field theme communities.As a public welfare system design,libraries should attract more social forces to jointly build,relying on the next-generation Web3.0 network and cuttingedge information technology to accelerate transformation,constructing a decentralized new library industry community using DAO mode,and promoting the connection and interaction between readers,libraries,and publishing institutions through industry communities,exploring the possibility of building a new industry ecology.
