摘　　要：由于史料留存的独特性、研究层次的基础性以及对图书馆实践的启发性,在图书馆史的研究中,图书馆机构史应当得到特别的重视。图书馆机构史的书写,应当遵循“内外兼顾,由外到内,自内而外”的基本原则。图书馆机构史的书写工作可以划分为三种类型:强调留史意识的史料汇编,强调叙事意识的史事编撰,强调问题意识的机构史研究。它们在基本特点、主要形式和书写要点上虽各有不同,但都应从“图书馆学立场”出发,致力于“致用为上”的书写目标。Because of the uniqueness of historical materials,the basic level of research,and the inspiration for library practice,the compilation and research of the history of library institutions should receive special attention in the study of library history.The writing of the history of library institutions should follow the basic principle of"both internal and external,from the outside to the inside,from the inside out".The writing of library institutional history can be divided into three types:compilation of historical materials with an emphasis on historical awareness,compilation of historical events with an emphasis on narrative awareness,and research on institutional history with an emphasis on problem awareness.Although they differ in their basic features,main forms,and writing points,they should all be written from a"librarianship standpoint"and be dedicated to the goal of"application-oriented"writing.
