摘 要:使用木质素磺酸钠为抗静电剂、己内酯为分散剂,与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS),共混制备了抗静电ABS复合材料。己内酯添加量为2份、木质素磺酸钠添加量为10份时,复合材料表面电阻达1.2×10^(10)Ω,达到了抗静电制品的表面电阻要求。抗静电ABS复合材料熔融指数达19 g/10 min,为纯ABS材料的1.9倍;断裂伸长率达73.60%,为纯ABS材料的1.9倍;拉伸强度为44.85 MPa,弯曲强度为64.50 MPa,冲击强度为10.71 kJ/m^(2)。Antistatic ABS composite material was prepared by melting extrusion using sodium lignosulfonate as anti-static agent and caprolactone as dispersing agent.When the amount of caprolactone was 2 parts and the amount of lig-nosulfonate was 10 parts,the surface resistance of the composite was of 1.2×10^(10)Ω,which meets the surface resistance requirement for antistatic products.The melting index of the antistatic material was 19 g/10 min,1.9 times of ABS ma-terial.The elongation at break was 73.60%,1.9 times of ABS material.The tensile strength was 44.85 MPa,bending strength was 64.50 MPa and impact strength was 10.71 kJ/m^(2).
