摘  要:城市水处理过程中会产生大量的污泥,一般采用板框压滤机或离心脱水机处理。针对这两类设备,根据DS水厂实际生产使用情况,从设备投资建设成本和运行成本两大方面进行比较,其中运行成本又从泥饼制造效果及处置费用、电耗、药耗、设备维护费用、运行人工费、折旧费用等方面系统比较。对比结论显示,板框压滤机相对于离心脱水机制泥效果好,泥饼的含泥率高,有效药剂费用低,但相对耗电、维护费用和人工费用、建设期投资费用高。离心脱水机建设成本和运行成本均比较低。同时两类脱水设备均表现为提高泥饼含泥率,对于降低成本起着关键作用。In the process of municipal water treatment,a large amount of sludge will be produced,which is generally treated by plate and frame filter press or centrifugal dehydrator.This paper is aimed at these two types of equipment,according to the actual production and use of DS water works,from the equipment investment construction cost and operation cost two aspects of the comparison,the operation cost from the mud cake manufacturing effect and disposal costs,electricity consumption,drug consumption,equipment maintenance costs,operating labor costs,depreciation costs and other aspects of the system comparison.Comparison conclusion is that compared with centrifuge,plate and frame filter press has better mud effect,high mud content of mud cake,low effective drug cost,but relatively high power consumption,maintenance cost and labor cost,construction period investment cost.The construction cost and operation cost of centrifugal dehydrator are relatively low.At the same time,both kinds of dewatering equipment can improve the mud content of mud cake,which plays a key role in reducing the cost.
