摘  要:为满足天津市《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 12/599-2015) A类标准,某工业集聚区污水处理厂采用“AAO-AO-气浮-一级臭氧高级氧化-活性炭滤池-二级臭氧高级氧化-砂滤池”工艺进行提标升级改造,连续运行效果显示,污水厂出水COD、BOD_(5)、氨氮、TN、TP、SS平均值分别为20.23、0.79、0.16、6.0、0.08和1.92 mg/L,稳定达到提标改造目标。沿程去除效果分析表明,对现有生物系统进行原位改造,增设后置缺氧区,破除回流比对TN去除限制,后置缺氧区TN平均去除率达到27.67%,同时好氧区和后置缺氧区投加悬浮载体,实现硝化菌和反硝化菌高效富集,好氧区载体Nitrospira菌相对丰度为13.2%,后置缺氧区载体反硝化功能菌相对丰度为21.3%,进一步强化了氨氮和TN去除。采用臭氧高级氧化与滤池联用,一级臭氧氧化发挥水质可生化性改善作用,氧化前后B/C由0.062~0.088提升至0.14~0.22,提升后续活性炭滤池对有机物生物降解和吸附联合去除效果,一级臭氧氧化和活性炭滤池对SCOD平均去除率分别为24.08%和18.41%。二级臭氧氧化灵活运行,发挥有机物稳定达标保障作用。In order to meet the Tianjin Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant emission standards(DB 12/599-2015) A class standard,an industrial agglomeration area wastewater treatment plant using “AAO-AO-air floatation-primary ozone advanced oxidation-activated carbon filter-secondary ozone advanced oxidation-sand filter” process to upgrade the standard.The continuous operation effect shows that the average values of COD,BOD_5,ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and SS in the effluent of wastewater treatment were 20.23,0.79,0.16,6.0,0.08 and 1.92 mg/L respectively,which stably reach the target of upgrading target.The existing biological system was modified in situ,and a post-anoxic zone was added to break the limitation of TN removal by reflux ratio,and the average TN removal rate in the post-anoxic zone reached 27.67%.The relative abundance of Nitrospira in the aerobic zone was 13.2%,and the relative abundance of denitrifying bacteria in the post-anoxic zone was 21.3%,which further enhanced ammonia and TN removal.Ozone advanced oxidation was used in combination with the filtration tank,and the primary ozone oxidation played a role in improving the biochemical properties of water quality,and the B/C before and after oxidation increased from 0.062~0.088 to 0.14~0.22,which enhanced the combined removal effect of organic matter biodegradation and adsorption in the subsequent activated carbon filter,and the average removal rates of SCOD in the primary ozone oxidation and activated carbon filter were 24.08% and 18.41%.The secondary ozone oxidation operated flexibly and played a role in ensuring the stability of organic matter to meet the standard.
