摘　　要：某皮草企业有限公司固废综合处置项目设计规模500 t/d,拟采用预处理-间接热干化-混合焚烧-烟气处理工艺,将其生产废水处理厂污泥与皮革生产废料混合焚烧,物料复杂行业内无先例。结合对拟处理物料与项目特点分析,论证了典型制革废水污泥与生产废料混合焚烧工艺设计难点的研究与解决过程,以及实施过程中的主要设计调整,可为国内外类似项目提供借鉴和参考。The design scale of the solid waste comprehensive disposal project of a leather company is 500 t/d,and the process of “Pretreatment-Indirect thermal drying-mixed incineration-flue gas treatment” is intended to co-incinerate the sludge from its wastewater treatment plant with leather waste,which is unprecedented because of the complex material.Combined with the analysis of the materials to be treated and the characteristics of the project,this paper discussed the research and solution process of typical design difficulties and the main design adjustment in the implementation process,aiming to provide reference for similar project at home and abroad.
