摘　　要：从集成热水机组设计原理、制造工艺特点及工程案例应用3个方面进行阐述,并对青岛某五星级酒店热水机房进行优化设计。通过与传统热水机房设计的比较,采用集成热水机组技术的热水机房在现场施工工艺、机房占地面积、设备运维管理、系统智能化控制等方面优势显著。通过集成热水机组技术的实际应用,为国内装配式建筑中机电设备与管线设计的技术研究提供一种新思路。This paper expounds the design principle,manufacturing process characteristics and engineering case application of integrated hot water unit,and optimizes the design of a five-star hotel hot water machine room in Qingdao.Compared with the design of traditional hot water machine room,the hot water machine room with integrated hot water unit technology has significant advantages in field of on-site construction process,machine room floor space,equipment operation and maintenance management,system intelligent regulate,etc.This paper expectation to provide a new thinking for the technical research of electromechanical equipment and pipeline design in domestic prefabricated construction through the practical application of integrated hot water unit technology.
