摘　　要：通过讨论智慧水务的研究背景及建设意义、设立建设目标,搭建全产业链数字孪生智慧管理平台。以武泰闸污水处理厂为研究对象,详细阐述数字化技术在其设计阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段的具体应用实例。数字化技术应用可提高设计及施工质量,实现智慧化运维,极大的节约工期、人工及成本。By discussing the research background and construction significance of smart water,and setting up construction goals,the digital twin smart management platform of the whole industrial chain is built.Taking Wutaizha sewage treatment plant as the research object,the specific application examples of digital technology in its design stage,construction stage and operation and maintenance stage are expounded in detail.The application of digital technology can improve the quality of design and construction,realize intelligent operation and maintenance,and greatly save the construction period,labor and cost.
