摘　　要：数据安全是数据的生命线。为应对日益严峻的工业互联网数据安全形势,监管部门需加强对数据安全的监管,推动建设更加有效的数据安全防护体系,保障数据安全。基于区块链的数据安全监管思路,研究了可信数据基础设施、数据安全评估、数据安全监管和数据安全防护4个模型,以及对应的数据资产备案登记、数据安全活动评估、数据安全监测预警和区块链数据确权溯源4个主要应用流程,对支撑工业互联网数据安全监管工作具有较好的参考和应用价值。Data security is the lifeline of data.In order to cope with the increasingly severe data security situation of industrial Internet,it has become a challenge for regulatory authorities to strengthen the supervision of data security and promote the construction of a more effective data security protection system to guarantee data security.Based on the idea of blockchain data security supervision,this paper studies four models of trusted data infrastructure,data security assessment,data security supervision and data security protection,as well as their corresponding four main application processes of data asset registration,data security activity assessment,data security monitoring and warning,and blockchain data identification and traceability,which have a better reference and application value for supporting the data security supervision of industrial Internet.
