摘　　要：目的分析某公立医院眼科住院老年患者的疾病构成,为医院管理和眼科发展提供依据。方法对2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日某院眼科老年患者的1995份住院病案首页进行回顾性分析。结果1995例眼科住院老年患者的平均年龄(72.26±7.29)岁,其中70-79岁年龄段835例,占比最高。男性837例(41.95%),女性1158例(58.05%),男女之比为0.72:1。女性多于男性,差异有统计学意义。眼科住院老年患者前五位疾病依次为老年性白内障,黄斑和后极变性,翼状胬肉,白内障,原发性闭角型青光眼。眼科住院老年患者在第一季度分布最多,共580例,占比32.64%。结论各级医疗卫生机构应综合考虑性别和季节的影响,针对性加强老年人群眼部的健康检查,着重注意对老年性白内障的筛检,做到“早发现、早诊断、早治疗”,以期改善老年眼科住院患者生活质量。Objectives To analyze the disease composition of the elderly patients in the ophthalmology department of a public hospital,and provide basis for hospital management and ophthalmology development.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the front page of 1995 inpatient medical records of elderly patients in an ophthalmology department from January 1st,2021 to December 31st,2021.Results The average age of 1995 ophthalmic inpatients was(72.26±7.29)years,of which 835 were aged 70-79 years,accounting for the highest proportion.There were 837 males(41.95%)and 1158 females(58.05%),with a male to female ratio of 0.72:1.Women were more than men,the difference was statistically significant.The top five diseases in ophthalmic inpatients were senile cataract,degeneration of macula and posterior degeneration,pterygium,cataract,and primary angle-closure glaucoma.In the first quarter,there were 580 hospitalized elderly patients in ophthalmology,accounting for 32.64%.Conclusions Medical and health institutions at all levels should comprehensively consider the impact of gender and season to strengthen the eye health examination of the elderly,focus on the screening of senile cataract,and achieve'early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment',so as to improve the quality of life of elderly ophthalmic inpatients.
