北京市某院神经内科2018年-2021年门诊挂号工作量变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析某三甲医院神经内科门诊挂号量的变化情况和规律,为协调人力物力提供基础信息,为合理安排医疗资源提供线索和依据。方法根据某院神经内科2018年-2021年挂号量统计数据作为研究对象,门诊挂号共1390040人次。回顾性分析挂号量的资料,采用季节指数法分析门诊量的变化特点。结果医院某科室2020年疫情期间门诊挂号量大幅下降,2021年有所回升,但未及2019年水平;门诊挂号量各季度季节指数情况如下,2月份、3月份、4月份、8月份和10月份季节指数小于100%,为淡季;其余月份为旺季,除2月份有明显低谷,其余月份较平稳。结论某院神经内科门诊挂号量第一年受疫情影响较大,但在互联网诊疗后有所回升;它具有季节性变化的特点,其中第三季度的7月与9月和第四季度的11月和12月挂号量较高,应根据规律提前做好计划,提前做好挂号量变大的准备,做好资源配置。Objectives To provide basic information for the coordination of human and material resources,and provide clues and basis for the reasonable arrangement of medical resources by analyzing the changes and rules of outpatient registration volume of neurology department in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital.Methods A total of 1390040 outpatient patients were registered according to the statistical data of the neurology department from 2018 to 2021.The data of the number of registered patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the changing characteristics of the number of outpatient patients were analyzed by seasonal index method.Results The number of outpatient registration decreased significantly in 2020 during the epidemic period,and rebounded in 2021,but was not as high as that in 2019.The seasonal index of outpatient registration volume was as follows:the seasonal index in February,March,April,August and October was less than 100%,which was the off-season.The remaining months for the peak season,in addition to the obvious trough in February,the remaining months more stable.Conclusions The outpatient registration of neurology department in a hospital was affected by the epidemic in the first year,but it rebounded after Internet treatment.It had the characteristics of seasonal changes,including July and September in the third quarter and November and December in the fourth quarter of the registered volume was higher,we should make plans according to the law in advance,in advance to make preparations for the increase of registered volume,do a good job of resource allocation.
