香砂六君子汤穴位敷贴缓解重度颅脑损伤低温治疗患者胃肠功能障碍疗效分析

摘　　要：目的通过探究香砂六君子汤穴位敷贴对降低重度颅脑损伤低温治疗患者胃肠功能障碍的有效性,以促进降低重度颅脑损伤低温治疗后胃肠系统功能恢复。方法选取2020年7月1日至2022年4月30日就诊于某院并符合纳入标准的100名患者纳入研究,采用随机法将患者分为两组,对实验组通过香砂六君子汤穴位敷贴进行干预,对照组施以安慰剂。记录患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、腹内压等。以t检验或卡方检验分析两组间数值的差异。结果两组患者皮肤不良反应发病率降低,实验组GIF评分显著降低(评分I级占比66%vs 86%),实验组腹内压、肠鸣音恢复时间(4.8±1.1 VS 2.6±0.8)显著低于对照组,首次排气、排便时间分别提前16小时和10小时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤穴位敷贴具有较高安全性,同时有利于改善重度颅脑损伤低温治疗患者胃肠功能,促进患者康复。Objectives To explore the effectiveness of Xiangshaliujunzi application in reducing gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and hypothermia,so as to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal system function after reducing severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 100 patients admitted to a hospital from July 1st,2020 to April 30th,2022 who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction acupoint application,while the control group was treated with placebo.The recovery time of bowel sound and abdominal pressure were recorded.t test or Chi-square test were used to analyze the difference between the two groups.Results The incidence of skin adverse reactions was decreased in both groups,GIF score in the experimental group was significantly decreased(grade I accounted for 66%vs 86%),abdominal pressure and intestinal sound recovery time(4.8±1.1 VS 2.6±0.8)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the first exhaust and defecation time were advanced 16 hours and 10 hours,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiangshaliujunzi decoction acupoint application had high safety,and was beneficial to improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated by hypothermia,and promote the recovery of patients.
