摘 要:为着重分析水性道路标线涂料的抗老化性能及微观结构特性,以水性丙烯酸树脂乳液为成膜物质,金红石型钛白粉、重钙粉为颜填料,丙二醇苯醚为成膜剂,制备了一种适用于道路标线的水性涂料,通过正交试验设计组分材料配比方案,以耐磨性、遮盖率、色度、耐沾污性作为基础性能评价指标,运用综合加权法确定了水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料的最优配方,以此利用热失重(TG-DTG)和差示扫描量热(DSC)测试分析了水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料的热性能,重点针对水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料进行了不同周期的紫外加速老化试验,应用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料在不同老化周期前后的微观形貌结构特征变化。结果表明:当颜基比为3.2,钛白粉、重钙粉添加量分别为20%、50%,成膜剂添加量为涂料固含量总量的2%时,水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料的基础性能较好;制备的水性丙烯酸基道路标线涂料具有优越的热稳定性;添加的颜填料与水性丙烯酸树脂成膜物之间具有良好的分散性和相容性,水性丙烯酸基道路标线经老化后涂层表面的颜色加深,粗糙程度增加,完整性变差;经不同的紫外老化周期后,标线涂层的树脂分子会逐渐发生降解,涂层表面物质逐渐损失。In order to focus on the analysis of the anti-aging properties and microstructural characteristics of water-based road marking coatings,the water-based acrylic resin emulsion was chosen as film-forming material,rutile titanium dioxide and heavy calcium powder were used as pigment fillers,and propylene glycol phenyl ether was used as film-forming agent to prepare a water-based coating suitable for road markings.Orthogonal experimental design was employed to investigate the composition scheme of inclusions,the hiding rate,chroma,and stain resistance were selected as basic evaluation indexes,then the optimal formulation of water-based acrylic road marking coatings was determined by comprehensive weighting method.The thermal properties of water-based acrylic road marking coatings were analyzed by means of thermogravimetric(TG-DTG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)testing methods,and different cycles of UV accelerated aging tests were carried out for water-based acrylic road marking coatings emphatically.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was conducted to analyze the micro-morphological and structural characteristics of waterborne acrylic road marking coatings before and after different cycles aging.The results showed that when the pigment base ratio was 3.2,the amount of titanium dioxide and heavy calcium powder was 20%and 50%respectively,2%film-forming agent of the total solid content of the coatings was added,indicating better basic performance of the water-based acrylic road marking coatings,the prepared water-based acrylic road marking coatings exhibited a better thermal stability.The coating surface color of the aged water-based acrylic road markings became deep,the roughness increased,and the integrity of it became poor.There existed good dispersion and compatibility between the added pigment filler and the water-based acrylic resin film forming,after different UV aging cycles,the resin molecules of the reticulated coating would gradually degrade,and the surface material of the coating would be gradually
