摘 要:随着工业和农业的发展,环境中重金属污染情况普遍存在。镉是一种非必需且生物毒性很强的重金属元素,对土壤环境、人体和动物健康造成了潜在威胁。镉暴露指动物在生长过程中直接或间接接触重金属镉,反刍动物由于饲养管理模式常为放牧方式、生长周期长及独特的消化特点使其更容易接触镉污染环境,造成体内镉沉积。笔者对反刍动物体内沉积镉的来源、体内沉积途径、镉解毒机制及镉暴露对其健康和生产性能的影响进行综述,旨在为后续研究如何降低反刍动物体内镉沉积提供科学参考。With the development of industry and agriculture,heavy metal pollution is widespread in the environment.Cadmium is a non-essential and biologically toxic heavy metal element,which poses a potential threat to the soil environment,human and animal health.Cadmium exposure refers to direct or intermediate exposure of animals to the heavy metal cadmium during growth.Ruminants are more prone to exposure to cadmium-polluted environment due to grazing mode,long growth cycle and unique digestive characteristics,resulting in cadmium deposition.The sources and pathways of cadmium deposition in ruminants,cadmium detoxification mechanism,and the effects of cadmium exposure on their health and performance were reviewed by author,in order to provide scientific reference for further research on how to reduce cadmium deposition in ruminants.
