摘  要:为了研究7~18周龄坝上长尾鸡公鸡日粮中适宜的蛋白质和能量水平,试验将180只6周龄坝上长尾鸡公鸡随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只,其中Ⅰ组的基础日粮粗蛋白含量(蛋白质水平)为16.05%、代谢能(能量水平)为11.00 MJ/kg,Ⅱ组粗蛋白含量为16.05%、代谢能为11.50 MJ/kg,Ⅲ组粗蛋白含量为16.05%、代谢能为12.00 MJ/kg,Ⅳ组粗蛋白含量为17.87%、代谢能为11.00 MJ/kg,Ⅴ组粗蛋白含量为17.87%、代谢能为11.50 MJ/kg,Ⅵ组粗蛋白含量为17.87%、代谢能为12.00 MJ/kg,预试期1周,正试期12周,研究不同蛋白质和能量水平对坝上长尾鸡公鸡生长性能(初始体重、结束体重、总增重、日增重、采食量、料重比)及营养物质表观代谢率(粗蛋白、能量、钙、磷)的影响。结果表明:各组坝上长尾鸡公鸡初始体重差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组结束体重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),与其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组采食量高于Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组,但低于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组,各组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组料重比最低,Ⅰ组最高,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组粗蛋白和能量表观代谢率最高,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组钙表观代谢率最高,极显著高于Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅵ组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅴ组磷表观代谢率极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),其中Ⅲ组最高。说明坝上长尾鸡公鸡适宜的日粮能量水平为12.00 MJ/kg、蛋白质水平为16.05%。In order to study the appropriate protein and energy level of Bashang long-tailed chickens aged from 7 to 18 weeks,a total of 1806-week-old Bashang long-tailed roosters were randomly divided into groups Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ with 5 replicates per group and 6 roosters per replicate.In the basal diet of group I,the crude protein content(protein level)and metabolizable energy(energy level)were 16.05%and 11.00 MJ/kg,respectively.In the basal diet of group II,the crude protein content and metabolizable energy were 16.05%and 11.50 MJ/kg,respectively.The crude protein content and metabolizable energy in the basal diet of group Ⅱ were 16.05%and 12.00 MJ/kg,respectively.The crude protein content and metabolizable energy in group IV were 17.87%and 11.00 MJ/kg,respectively.The crude protein content and metabolizable energy in group V were 17.87%and 11.50 MJ/kg,respectively.The crude protein content and metabolizable energy in group VI were 17.87%and 12.00 MJ/kg,respectively.The pre-test period was 1 week and the test period was 12 weeks.The effects of different protein and energy levels on growth performance(initial body weight,end body weight,total weight gain,daily gain,feed intake,feed to gain ratio)and apparent metabolic rate of nutrients(crude protein,energy,calcium and phosphorus)in Bashang long-tailed chickens were studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference in initial body weight of Bashang long-tailed chickens among all groups(P>0.05).The final body weight in group II was significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in final body weight from other groups(P>0.05).The feed intake in group Ⅱ was higher than that in group V and VI,but lower than that in groups I,II and IV,and there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).The feed to gain ratio in group II was the lowest,and that in group I was the highest,but there was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).The apparent metabolic rate of crude protein and energy
