摘 要:为解决N元素的加入导致HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋性能波动大的问题,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验机等设备,研究了不同N含量对V-N微合金化HRB500E钢筋力学性能、金相组织和析出行为的影响。结果表明:在各合金元素及碳元素含量控制相同条件下,随着N含量增加,V(C,N)的析出量增加,实现了对微合金化HRB500E钢筋关键力学性能的强化作用;随着N含量增加,珠光体比例增加,V(C,N)析出物尺寸更加细小弥散,析出总量也有所增加;当N元素质量分数处于0.012%~0.016%区间时,钢筋各项关键性能指标稳定且与国标、内控要求相比富裕量充分,实现了HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋批量化性能稳定性生产。In order to solve the problem of large fluctuations of property of HRB500E hot rolled ribbed bar caused by the addition of N elements,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing machines were used to study the effects of different N contents on the mechanical properties,microstructure,and precipitation behavior of V-N microalloyed HRB500E ribbed bar.The results show that under the same control of alloying elements and carbon content,the precipitation of V(C,N) increases with the increase of N content,achieving a strengthening effect on the key mechanical properties of microalloyed HRB500E ribbed bar.As the N content increases,the proportion of pearlite increases,and the size of V(C,N) precipitates becomes finer and more dispersed,resulting in an increase in the total amount of precipitates.When the mass fraction of N element is in the range of 0.012%-0.016%,the key property indicators of the bars are stable and there are sufficient surplus compared with national standards and internal control requirements,achieving batch production of HRB500E hot rolled ribbed bars with stable properties.
