摘　　要：随着抗拉强度高达1 600 MPa且头尾厚度超差至3.5 mm的新型高强钢的开发,某连退机组入口段施罗曼飞剪频繁发生故障,其剪刃平均寿命仅2个月,严重影响了生产。为适应新钢种特性、现有改造空间限制、利旧原电机和短定尺的要求,结合力学性能参数、滚筒直径、剪切力矩、利旧电机的技术参数及过载性能、减速比等的计算分析,及对电机功率、短定尺要求的校核,新开发了一种短定尺双副螺旋刃滚筒飞剪。经现场应用,其满足厚度和抗拉强度均偏大新钢种的剪切要求,占有空间小、刚度大,且满足短定尺要求和较高速度下的基本定尺剪切要求;其一对刃口在剪切13个月后依然工作良好,相比于原施罗曼飞剪其剪刃寿命提高13倍以上,节约了大量故障处理时间和更换剪刃时间,避免了频繁停机引起的巨大经济损失。With more application of a new type of high strength steel with a tensile strength of up to 1 600 MPa and a thickness difference of up to 3.5 mm between the head and tail,the Schloemann flying shear frequently failed in the entry section of a continuous annealing unit,and the average life of the blades were only 2 months.It seriously affected the production.In order to adapt to the characteristics of new steel grades,existing transformation space restrictions,reuse of old original motors and short fixed length requirements,a short fixed length double pair spiral blade drum flying shear has been newly developed,which combines the calculation and analysis of mechanical performance parameters,drum diameter,shear torque,technical parameters,overload performance and reduction ratio of the reused motor.And the requirements of motor power and short fixed length were checked.After on-site application,it meets the shear requirements of new steel grades with large thickness and tensile strength,occupies small space,has large stiffness,and meets the requirements of short fixed length and basic fixed length shear requirements at higher speeds.For the short fixed length double pair spiral blade drum flying shear,one pair of blade edges worked well for more than 13 months,and the life of double pair blades were expected to increase by more than 13 times longer than the Schloemann flying shear.A large amount of fault handling time and blade replacement time are saved,and huge economic losses caused by frequent downtime are avoided.
