摘  要:针对炉卷轧机穿带过程的特殊性和带钢头部跟踪的技术难点,分析了带钢头部跟踪算法存在的问题以及影响跟踪精度的众多因素,提出了带钢头部跟踪算法的改进措施,包括对前滑值的修正计算和跟踪修正窗口的优化设计等。结果表明:影响带钢头部跟踪精度的主要因素是前滑值的偏差以及跟踪位置修正的时机;投用改进算法后,带钢头部跟踪偏差能够控制在±0.1 m以内,带钢头部撞击卷筒槽口的次数由平均每月12次减少至3次,并且未发生穿带失败事故。该改进算法有效提高了带钢头部跟踪精度,避免了穿带失败事故,改善了带钢头部质量和提高了设备使用寿命。In view of the particularity of threading process of Steckel mill and the technical difficulties of strip head tracking,the existing problems of strip head tracking and the factors that affect the tracking accuracy were analyzed,and the improvement measures of the strip head tracking were put forward,including the correction calculation of forward slip value and the optimization design of the tracking correction window.The results indicate that the main factors affecting the tracking accuracy of the strip head are the deviation of the forward slip value and the timing of tracking position correction.After the improved algorithm is put into use,the tracking deviation of strip head can be controlled within ±0.1 m,the number of times that the strip head impacts the slot of the drum is reduced from an average of 12 times a month to 3 times,and the threading failure accident has not occurred.The improved algorithm effectively improves the strip head tracking accuracy and avoids threading failure accidents.
