摘  要:针对冷连轧生产过程中发生动态变规格FGC(Flying Gauge Change)时带钢头尾厚度超差的问题,分别从FGC发生阈值优化、规范钢种初始屈服强度值、二级系统分档升级、模型参数优化及L_(1)功能优化等方面进行分析,并提出了优化措施。结果表明:通过将带钢钢种重新进行归档分类,由外方二级系统的原16个钢种组扩展至32个钢种组,并同步修改其摩擦因数和变形抗力等相关参数,同时建立拉矫过程厚度减薄补偿模型,显著提高了1 720 mm酸轧机组的厚度及轧制力控制精度;建立了分规格优化的AGC控制策略,对冷轧生产过程中的厚度控制系统进行了限幅调整;针对发生FGC时的机架失张问题,进行了前滑模型的控制优化,提高了轧机生产稳定性。应用优化措施后,FGC发生频次降低了16.95%,FGC长度下降了41.47%,带钢头尾厚度超差长度和整体厚度命中率均得到了改善,具有明显的实际应用价值。Aiming at the problem of thickness over tolerance of strip in head and tail during FGC(Flying Gauge Change) of cold tandem rolling production,the analysis was conducted from the aspects of FGC threshold optimization,standardized yield strength value of different steel grades,L_(2) system steel groups upgrade,model parameters optimization and L_(1) system parameters optimization,and the optimization measures were proposed.The results showed that by re-archived and classified the steel grades,upgrading 16 steel groups to 32 steel groups of L_(2) system,and synchronously modifying friction coefficient and deformation resistance parameters,and establishing a thickness reduction compensation model for the tension levelling process,the thickness and rolling force control accuracy of the 1 720 mm PL-TCM was significantly improved.The control strategy was optimized and the limiting amplitude of AGC system was adjusted.In response to the tension loss problem during FGC,parameters optimization of the forward slip model was carried out,and the stability of rolling mill production was improved.After optimization,the frequency of FGC occurrence decreased by 16.95%,and the length of FGC decreased by 41.47%.The length of strip head and tail thickness exceeding the tolerance and the overall thickness hit rate are improved,which has obvious practical application value.
