摘 要:为了提高400 mm厚铸坯热装率,通过有限元模拟计算了400 mm厚铸坯堆垛过程的温降规律,并与采用热装工艺铸坯的实际温度履历进行了对比。结果表明:堆冷0~24 h、24~48 h、48~72 h铸坯温降速率分别为0.18~0.30℃/min、0.08~0.16℃/min、0.05~0.07℃/min;堆垛铸坯除顶部铸坯外,其余铸坯根据位置不同,满足热装温度条件的开始时间在12~20 h之间;为了保证铸坯不产生热装裂纹,铸坯堆冷时间应不少于20 h,尽量不超过28 h,以达到降低热量损失,提高热装温度的目的。相比400 mm厚铸坯原来的堆冷制度,能节省50%的堆冷时间,热装率从零提高到12.23%且轧制钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度及显微组织与冷装工艺无明显区别。In order to improve the hot charging rate of 400 mm thick slab,the temperature drop law during the stacking process of 400 mm thick slab was calculated through finite element simulation,and compared with the actual temperature history of the slab using the hot charging process.The results show that the temperature drop rates of the slab during stacking cooling for 0-24 hours,24-48 hours,and 48-72 hours are 0.18-0.30 ℃/min,0.08-0.16 ℃/min,and 0.05-0.07 ℃/min,respectively.Except for the top slab,the starting time for other slabs to meet the hot charging temperature conditions is between 12 to 20 hours depending on their position.In order to ensure that the slab does not produce hot charging cracks,the stacking cooling time of the slab should not be less than 20 hours and should not exceed 28 hours as much as possible to reduce heat loss and increase the hot charging temperature.Compared to the original stacking cooling system for 400 mm thick slab,it can save 50% of the stacking cooling time,increase the hot charging rate from zero to 12.23%,and there is no significant differences in yield strength,tensile strength,and microstructure between the rolled plate and the cold charging process.
