摘　　要：带钢酸洗时氧化铁皮中的一些不溶物随着酸洗液的循环使用不断积聚,影响酸洗效果和设备的稳定运行。为及时掌握酸洗液中不溶物的含量,解决传统分析方法检测周期长、无法满足连续生产的问题,研究了通过透光率测定酸洗液中不溶物含量的方法。结果表明:酸洗液颜色深浅主要受溶液中Fe^(2+)含量影响,不同酸洗液因溶液颜色深浅不同,光的透过率不同,但均在单色光波长为690 nm处有最大透光率;将滤除不溶物的酸洗液作为基准液,以纯水做参比测定基准液透光率,再以基准液为参比测定样品透光率,即可排除酸洗液颜色的干扰;利用透光率法检测酸洗液中不溶物含量的检测周期仅需10 min,检测偏差小于2%,能够为酸洗液中不溶物去除工艺的及时调整起到参考作用。During strip pickling,some insoluble substances in the oxide scale accumulate continuously with the circulation of the pickling solution,affecting the pickling effect and the stable operation of the equipment.In order to timely grasp the content of insoluble substances in pickling solution and solve the problem of long detection cycle and inability to meet continuous production using traditional analysis methods,a method for measuring the content of insoluble substances in pickling solution through transmittance was studied.The results show that the color depth of pickling solution is mainly affected by the Fe^(2+)content in the solution.Different pickling solutions have different light transmittance due to different color depths of the solution,but all of them have the maximum transmittance at a monochromatic light wavelength of 690 nm.The interference of the color of the pickling solution can be eliminated by using the filtered insoluble acid solution as the reference solution,using pure water as the reference to measure the transmittance of the reference solution,and then using the reference solution as the reference to measure the transmittance of the sample.The detection cycle of using the transmittance method to detect the content of insoluble substances in pickling solution only takes 10 minutes,and the detection deviation is less than 2%,which can serve as a reference for timely adjustment of the removal process of insoluble substances in pickling solution.
