摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于提前发现热轧液压系统油液泄漏的极限液位报警方法,说明了其设计的基本思路,还针对实际应用中出现的问题提出了改进方法。相对于传统报警手段,该方法具有零漏报、低误报,且较为及时的特点。A limit liquid level alarm method suitable for discovering oil leakage in hot rolling hydraulic system in advance was introduced.The basic idea of its design was explained,and improvement methods for the problems in practical application were put forward.Compared with the traditional alarm method,this method has the characteristics of zero missing alarm,low false alarm and more timely.
