补气化瘀汤联合艾灸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)临床疗效及其对血清IL-1β、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察补气化瘀汤联合艾灸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)患者的临床疗效及其对血清白介素1β(IL-1β)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 将我院136例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)患者随机分为观察组与对照组各68例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用补气化瘀汤联合艾灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,心电图疗效,十二导联心电图改变以及血清IL-1β、hs-CRP水平变化。结果 治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联T波深度和ST下移深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-1β、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补气化瘀汤联合艾灸能够有效提高冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)患者临床疗效,减少炎性因子的产生,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Buqi Huayu Decoction combined with moxibustion on patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type) and its influences on levels of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods A total of 136 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type) were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group was additionally treated with Buqi Huayu Decoction and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy electrocardiogram efficacy,and changes in serum IL-1β and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of ECG in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the depth of Ⅱ-led and Ⅲ-led T wave,and the depth of ST depression in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum IL-1β and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huayu Decoction and moxibustion can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy and reduce the productions of inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),which is worthy of clinical promoting.
