自拟黄贼附板汤联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自拟黄贼附板汤联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)临床疗效。方法 将我院160例CA患者随机分为研究组与对照组各80例。对照组应用激光治疗,研究组应用自拟黄贼附板汤联合激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效、人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)载量、CD4阳性T淋巴细胞(CD4^(+))比例、CD8阳性T淋巴细胞(CD8^(+))比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值、生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组( P<0.05);两组HPV载量较治疗前下降,研究组HPV载量低于对照组( P<0.05);两组CD4^(+)比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)比例较治疗前下降,研究组CD4^(+)比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值高于对照组,CD8^(+)比例低于对照组( P<0.05);两组生活质量评分较治疗前升高,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组( P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组,痊愈率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 自拟黄贼附板汤联合激光治疗CA临床疗效显著,降低HPV载量,调节免疫功能,降低复发率,提高痊愈率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Self-made Huangzei Fuban Decoction combined with laser therapy in treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods A total of 160 patients with CA were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.Control group was treated with laser therapy,while study group was treated with Self-made Huangzei Fuban Decoction combined with laser therapy.The clinical efficacy,human papillomavirus(HPV)load,CD4 positive T lymphocyte(CD4^(+))ratio,CD8 positive T lymphocyte(CD8^(+))ratio,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)value and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group( P<0.05);the HPV load of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and was lower in study group than that of control group( P<0.05);the CD4^(+)ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values increased in both groups compared to before treatment,and were higher in study group than those in control group;the CD8^(+)ratio decreased in both groups compared to before treatment;the CD4^(+)ratio and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)values,and the CD8^(+)ratio was lower in study group than those in control group( P<0.05);the quality of life scores in both groups increased compared to before treatment,and were higher in study group than those in control group( P<0.05);the recurrence rate in study group was lower than that in control group,and the recovery rate was higher than that in control group( P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Self-made Huangzei Fuban Decoction combined with laser therapy is significant on CA.It reduces HPV load,regulates immune function,reduces recurrence rate,and improves recovery rate.
