针刺联合理疗在治疗老年骨质疏松症椎体压缩性骨折中的运用

摘　　要：目的 观察针刺联合理疗运用于老年骨质疏松症椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的疗效。方法 将90例老年OVCF患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组采用理疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上行针刺治疗。两组治疗14 d后比较优良率,分别在治疗前后评价两组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、汉化版功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)、疼痛主诉分级法(CVRS)评分,检测骨密度(BMD)水平,测量腰椎活动度。结果 治疗后,观察组优良率高于对照组( P<0.05),两组JOA、ADL评分高于治疗前,ODI、CVRS评分低于治疗前,观察组JOA、ADL评分高于对照组,ODI、CVRS评分低于对照组( P<0.05);两组BMD水平高于治疗前,观察组BMD水平高于对照组( P<0.05);两组腰椎活动度大于治疗前,观察组腰椎活动度大于对照组( P<0.05)。结论 针刺联合理疗治疗老年OVCF患者,能够改善腰椎活动能力,缓解疼痛,增加骨密度,扩大腰椎活动度。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with physical therapy on senile osteoporosis vertebral compressibility fracture(OVCF).Methods Ninety elderly OVCF patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The excellent and good rates of the two groups were compared,the Japanese Orthopedic Association's Assessment of Treatment Score(JOA),Chinese version of Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI),Activity of Daily Living Score(ADL),Complaint Verbal Rating Scale(CVRS)scores,measured bone density(BMD)levels were evaluated,and the lumbar spine ranges of motion before and after treatment was measured.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P<0.05);the JOA and ADL scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than those of control group;while ODI and CVRS scores were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than those of control group( P<0.05);the BMD levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in observation group than those in control group( P<0.05);the lumbar spine ranges of motion in both groups were greater than before treatment,and was greater in observation group than that in control group( P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with physical therapy improves lumbar mobility,alleviates pain,increases bone density,and expandes lumbar mobility in treatment of elderly OVCF.
