巴元明运用加味大补元煎治疗慢性肾脏病验案举隅

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病多迁延不愈,久病失调常致机体虚损,目前西医多为对症支持治疗,中医药治疗具有一定的优势。大补元煎为景岳创制补虚名方之补阵首方,巴元明教授在多年临床实践中,将其应用于多种肾系虚劳疾病,每获佳效。文章对巴元明教授运用大补元煎治疗慢性肾脏病的经验作相关介绍,与同道共勉。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is so prolonged and incurable that cause body weakness.At present,western medicine mainly provides symptomatic and supportive treatment,but TCM treatment shows certain advantages.Prof.BA Yuanming has applied it to a variety of renal deficiency diseases in many years of clinical practice,and each has obtained good results.This article introduced Prof.BA Yuan-ming's experience in treatment of CKD with Modified Dabuyuan Decoction,and encourages colleagues.
