摘　　要：Multipolarity is deepening while Western power fades.To defend sovereignty and development and to promote peaceful coexistence,nations of the Global Majority,a collective term for ethnic groups that are not considered to be white and constitute approximately85 percent of the global population,must strengthen their discourse capacity.
