摘　　要：On July 29,China's National Meteorological Center(NMC)upgraded an orange alert for rainstorms to a red alert in Beijing and its surrounding cities.Typhoon Doksuri,which had lashed the Philippines and China's Taiwan region and Fujian Province,had now begun releasing heavy rainfall on this part of north China.
