摘　　要：近年来人口老龄化已经成为我国面临的重大社会问题之一,而疾病负担成为健康老龄化面临的挑战。免疫病的患病率和发病率也在逐年增长,对年龄相关性免疫疾病的研究迅速发展。了解老年人免疫病在发病机制,疾病模式临床和免疫学特征上的特点,在老年人免疫疾病诊治方面发挥重要的作用。为了满足日益增长的老年人口健康相关需求,给老年人提供更高的医疗技术服务水平,合理配置医疗资源,建立老年免疫病科并将其作为一个独立的亚专科极其重要。In recent years,population aging has become one of the major social problems in China,and the burden of disease has become a challenge for healthy aging.The prevalence and incidence of immunological diseases are also increasing year by year,and the research on age-related immunological diseases is developing rapidly.Understanding the characteristics of immune diseases in the elderly in the pathogenesis,disease model,clinical and immunological characteristics play an important role in the elderly immune disease diagnosis and treatment.It is extremely important to establish the geriatric immunology department as an independent sub-specialty in order to meet the growing health needs of the elderly population and to provide a higher level of medical technical services for the elderly and rational allocation of medical resources.
