摘　　要：目的:观察前馈控制管理在血液样本采集中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月该院采取常规管理期间收治的168例住院患者及同期24名护理人员作为对照组;另选取2021年2月至2022年2月该院采取前馈控制管理期间收治的168例住院患者及同期24名护理人员作为观察组。比较两组管理前后血液采集相关知识评分、抽血时间、血液标本送检时间、交接时间、血液标本不合格率、护理人员工作能力评分和患者满意度。结果:管理后,两组采血目的、采血准备、采血时间和注意事项等血液采集相关知识评分均高于管理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抽血时间、血液标本送检时间、交接时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血液标本不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组团队精神、沟通协调、责任感、解决问题能力、工作积极性和自我表现能力等工作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作技术、沟通态度、健康教育、安全管理、管理方式、管理效果等患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制管理应用于血液样本采集中可提高患者血液采集相关知识评分,缩短抽血时间、血液标本送检时间和交接时间,降低血液标本不合格率,提高护理人员工作能力和患者满意度评分,其效果优于常规管理。Objective:To observe application effects of feedforward control management in blood sample collection.Methods:168 inpatients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 during the period of routine management and 24 nursing staff in the same period were selected as control group;in addition,168 inpatients patients admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 during the feedforward control management period and 24 nursing staff were selected as observation group.The blood collection related knowledge score,the blood collection time,the blood sample submission time,the handover time,the unqualified rate of blood sample,the nursing staff working ability score,and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the management.Results:After the management,the scores of blood collection related knowledge such as blood collection purpose,blood collection preparation,blood collection time and precautions in the two groups were higher than those before the management,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood sampling time,the blood sample submission time and the handover time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of blood samples in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of team spirit,communication and coordination,responsibility,problem-solving ability,work enthusiasm and self-expression ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction of patients with operation technology,communication attitude,health education,safety management,management mode and management effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences w
