摘 要:目的:观察家长协同护理模式在院内感染性肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月武汉儿童医院收治的92例院内感染性肺炎患儿的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为研究组与对照组各46例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施家长协同护理模式。比较两组临床相关指标(咳痰停止时间、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间)水平、依从性评分、患儿家长护理能力评分和护理满意度。结果:研究组咳痰停止时间、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组哭闹、面部表情、安抚效果、下肢状态、活动等依从性评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理技能实施、护理知识掌握、病房环境维护、交流积极性等患儿家长护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长护理满意度为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的82.61%(38/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家长协同护理模式应用于院内感染性肺炎患儿可改善临床指标,提高依从性评分、患儿家长护理能力和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of parents collaborative nursing model in children with nosocomial infectious pneumonia.Methods:The clinical data of 92 children with nosocomial infectious pneumonia admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given parents collaborative nursing model on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of clinical related indicators(expectoration stopping time,cough disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,hospitalization time),the compliance score,the parents’nursing ability score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The expectoration stopping time,the cough disappearance time,the body temperature recovery time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance scores of crying,facial expression,soothing effect,lower limb status and activity in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The parents’nursing ability with nursing skills,nursing knowledge,ward environment maintenance and communication activities in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 82.61%(38/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The parents collaborative nursing model in the children with nosocomial infectious pneumonia can improve the clinical indicators and improve the compliance scores,the parents’nursing ability and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
