人性化护理在老年颈椎病术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察人性化护理在老年颈椎病术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2022年7月于该院接受手术治疗的86例老年颈椎病患者的临床资料,按护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组围术期接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以人性化护理,比较两组护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、颈椎活动度、康复依从性及生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,GSES评分、康复依从性评分及SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,颈椎各方向活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在老年颈椎病术后患者中的应用效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提升自我效能感,增强康复依从性,改善颈椎活动度,并提高患者生命质量。Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic nursing in elderly postoperative patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:The clinical data of 86 elderly patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received the humanistic nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,the cervical range of motion,the rehabilitation compliance,and the quality of life[health survey(SF-36)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the GSES score,rehabilitation compliance score and SF-36 dimension score were higher than those of the control group;the cervical ranges of motion in all directions was greater than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanistic nursing has a good application effect in the postoperative elderly patients with cervical spondylosis.It can reduce the degree of pain,improve the self-efficacy,enhance the rehabilitation compliance,improve the cervical range of motion and improve the quality of life.
