X射线平片和CT影像在骨盆骨折检查中的准确性对比

摘　　要：目的对比X射线平片和CT影像学检查在骨盆骨折检查中的准确性。方法以2015年7月-2022年7月间本院收治的70例骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机设为对照组与观察组,每组各35例,对照组接受X射线检查,观察组接受CT影像学检查,对比两组检查结果的准确性。结果对照组检查后准确率为85.71%,观察组的准确率为100.00%,两组差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组检查所用时间比观察组短,检查费用也较观察组少,两组差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于骨盆的位置比较特殊,骨折后通过CT影像学检查比X射线检查准确性更高,CT影像学检查虽然费用比较高,检查时间也比较长,但其准确性优势仍被病人广泛接受,故有推广价值。Objective To compare accuracy of X-ray and CT imaging in examination of pelvic fractures.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with pelvic fractures admitted from July 2015 and July 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 35 cases in each group,(P<0.05).Control group was treated with X-ray examination,while observation group with CT imaging examination.Accuracy of the examination between two groups was compared.Results Accuracy of control group after examination was 85.71%,while that of observation group was 100.00%.Difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Control group had shorter examination time and lower examination costs than observation group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Due to unique location of the pelvis,accuracy of CT imaging examination after fracture is higher than X-ray examination.CT imaging examination is relatively expensive and takes longer time,its accuracy advantage has been widely accepted by patients,which has promotion value.
