入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种情况。方法收集整理2019年9月入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种资料,了解辖区内入托入学儿童持证及疫苗补种情况。结果本次共调查入托入学儿童2014名(入托儿童404名,入学儿童1610名),其中持证儿童1936名(入托儿童398名,入学儿童1538名),持证率为96.13%(入托儿童持证率为98.51%,入学儿童持证率为95.53%),应补证儿童78名,实补证儿童78名(入托儿童6名,入学儿童72名),补证合格率100%;应补种儿童262名(入托儿童16名,入学儿童246名),实补种合格儿童164名(入托儿童12名,入学儿童152名),补种合格率为62.60%(入托儿童合格率为75.00%,入学儿童合格率61.79%)。结论本辖区卫健、教育部门配合密切,入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作落实到位。同时,应加强健康教育,规范预防接种,进一步提高疫苗补种合格率。Objective To study and analyze verification of vaccination certificates and vaccination supplementation of children enrolled in kindergarten.Methods The paper collected and organized data on verification of vaccination certificates and vaccine supplementation for children enrolled in kindergarten in September 2019 and understand status of certificate holders and vaccine supplementation for children enrolled in kindergarten within jurisdiction.Results The paper surveyed 2014 enrolled children(404 enrolled in kindergarten and 1610 enrolled in school),of which 1936 were certified children(398 enrolled in kindergarten and 1538 enrolled in school),with certificate holding rate of 96.13%(98.51%enrolled in kindergarten and 95.53%enrolled in school),78 children who needed to be recertified and 78 children recertified(6 enrolled in kindergarten and 72 enrolled in school),with qualification rate of recertification 100%.262 children should be recertified(16 children enrolled in kindergarten and 246 children enrolled in school)and 164 recertified(12 enrolled in kindergarten and 152 enrolled in school),with qualification rate of 62.60%(75.00%enrolled in kindergarten and 61.79%enrolled in school).Conclusion Health and education departments in the jurisdiction cooperated closely,carried on verification of vaccination certificates for children enrolled in kindergarten;strengthened health education,standardized vaccination and qualification rate of vaccine supplementation should be improved further.
